Our two lovely cottages converted from a barn at the old Gritts Farm sit proudly on top of a hill in the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds. Hedged by paddocks and trees on the edge of a working farm, you'll not be disappointed if you plan your stay with us.

If you're looking for a little more space Honey Dale is the larger of our two cottages. Looking out onto two paddocks and the trees beyond you'll love it's understated charm. It has all the modern comforts you'd expect for cosy nights in or makes an excellent base for exploring the countryside around.

Offering more privacy Whay Dale sits behind our other cottage with views out to the woods through the original curved barn doorways (now fully glazed!). This is the ideal place to unwind and connect with the stunning countryside. Wildlife, fresh air and beautiful scenery are just outside inviting you to enjoy everything Yorkshire has to offer.
